About Us
"Star Spangled Spanner" is Duncan and Christine Mackenzie.
Years ago we purchased our first RV - a Fleetwood Flair and we were hooked! We currently own a Damon Intruder. Having regularly attended R.V. and Motorhome shows for we noticed a need for an onsite mobile repair service so in 2006 we started offering this service. At the shows we attend, we sell RV spare parts and offer an onsite mobile repair service. We have regularly been asked to advise and remind new RV'ers, who have suffered from information overload on handover and have only remembered 10% of what they were told, about how things work and where other things can be found! - This is another service that we offer - You can learn all about your new R.V at your own pace and we are always at the end of the phone or e-mail if you do forget! Duncan has been a vehicle technician for 30 years including time served as an RV technician with a well known dealer in the south of England . In 2008 we opened our online shop, offering our customers another way to browse and purchase from our massive stock of parts and accessories.
